deposit and cancellation policies

  • Deposit and cancellation policy:
    A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total price is required to confirm a package. This deposit must be made within 10 days of the reservation date. The balance due will be paid at least 30 days before the start date of the package.
  • Cancellation / Refund:
    The deposit made to confirm the package is NOT REFUNDABLE, unless the client is replaced. Final payment is due sixty (60) days prior to package date. At this point, the individual is responsible for the payment of the total cost in due date and form and no refund will be made if the payment is not fulfilled. There is no refund for any unused portion of the package. THE OPERATION is not responsible for cancellations made due to weather conditions or force majeure events. Once you have made a reservation, you will be deemed to have given your consent to our terms and conditions, as well as our cancellation policy detailed in this document.
  • Terms and Conditions:
    1. Luggage. All baggage and personal belongings are the sole responsibility of their owners at all times. We recommend obtaining travel insurance that covers the loss and theft of luggage and personal belongings. In no case will the operation or our company be responsible for the losses.
    2. Losses. The company is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury that arises during the practice of sport fishing or any other activity.
    3. Changes in the itinerary – Force majeure. The operator reserves the right to make changes to the travel itinerary when it deems it necessary due to circumstances of force majeure and/or beyond our control. In this case, no refund will be made.
